Were looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join the Engagement team at Branch, someone who raises the bar not just technically, but in how we think, collaborate, and build as a team. We design and build easy-to-use tools that help marketers create and track seamless connected experiences powered by links Our Engagement product helps the worlds leading brands create and track seamless connected experiences powered by links with a variety of formats such as short deep links, web banners, and QR codes. Its our most visible and widely-used offering, powering billions of interactions daily and directly impacting growth, retention, and revenue for our customers. As part of the Engagement team, youll work on the surfaces and infrastructure that make these journeys feel effortless for users and measurable for marketers. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer

, youll get to:

Shape how millions of users experience Branch across our core surfaces. Build and own features across the full stack from API to UI. Collaborate with Product and Design on early requirements and tradeoffs. Improve architectural foundations, testing practices, and engineering velocity. Bridge frontend and backend systems with clean, intentional design. Lead with pragmatism and initiative in fast-moving, often ambiguous spaces. Be highly collaborative and impactful! Youll not just ship code but influence product direction, development quality, and team norms. Youll be a good fit if you have:

6+ years of software engineering experience. Fluency in modern frontend and backend development (React, TypeScript, Node, APIs, etc.) Experience designing, building, and integrating APIs. Strong software fundamentals, especially around testing, architecture, and systems thinking. Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners. Track record of impact, leadership, or product ownership. Interest or experience in AI technologies or projects. For this role, we're looking for candidates in the Denver metropolitan area for a remote position. We plan to grow our team and presence in Denver over time. In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in Colorado is $148,000 - $189,000. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only. Compensation for candidates outside of Colorado will be based on the candidates specific work location. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above. The salary range provided represents base compensation and does not include potential equity, which is available for qualifying positions.
