We’re working with a global Saas business in the construction space to hire a

Vice President of Global Demand Generation

to lead a world-class team responsible for driving awareness, acquisition, and revenue across key global markets. This highly visible role will shape the strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, working cross-functionally with regional sales, brand, content, and product marketing teams. What You’ll Do Lead, grow, and mentor a high-performing global demand generation team focused on new customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and revenue expansion. Own demand generation KPIs and pipeline targets across the full funnel, aligning with marketing and sales to define strategic growth plans. Drive performance across digital channels including SEM, paid social, SEO, webinars, and integrated campaigns. Develop and execute regional and field marketing strategies in collaboration with local sales leaders. Manage global events strategy to support brand awareness and lead generation. Build an outbound and account-based marketing framework that aligns tightly with sales priorities. Partner with alliances and partner marketing teams to co-develop campaigns that support partner-influenced pipeline. Champion a test-and-learn culture to drive channel optimization and maximize ROI. Align closely with GTM stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging, priorities, and execution across functions. Collaborate with brand, product, and content marketing teams to ensure consistent and compelling storytelling across all channels. About you: 15+ years of experience in enterprise Saas/B2B marketing, business development, or GTM strategy roles. Proven success leading global demand generation or growth marketing teams in a tech-driven environment. Strong understanding of go-to-market models and sales-marketing alignment strategies. Advanced proficiency in data analytics, financial modeling, budget management, and OKRs. Exceptional leadership and project management skills; proven ability to influence and collaborate across global functions. Expertise in demand generation tools, marketing automation platforms, and modern tech stacks. A passion for measurable outcomes, strategic thinking, and a hands-on leadership style. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. This role is 3 days per week on-site in Colorado or Oregon offices. Seniority level
