We are committed to our work and prioritize people. Organization Overview: Join the Lilly Kenosha County Engineering team as the Utilities Automation Engineer. You will support and manage multiple platforms including clean GMP utilities, building management systems, primary and backup monitoring systems, and other site-wide platforms essential to medicine manufacturing. Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401k Life insurance Pension plan Paid time off Responsibilities: Partner with Corporate Automation and Global Facilities to design, install, and qualify central utilities, clean utilities, BMS, QBMS, and other systems. Own system administration including user access, alarm management, data analysis, and lifecycle management. Manage system security and data integrity. Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality and engineering standards. Lead platform management as new process systems are added. Collaborate on global initiatives like data programs and cybersecurity. Develop procedures governing utility control systems. Champion site safety, ethics, and compliance activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related science Expertise in Rockwell Automation Platforms (FactoryTalk View SCADA, ControlLogix PLCs) Knowledge of ISE S95 principles and IT/Automation integration; experience in pharmaceutical or GMP industry Experience with validated systems Experience with OSI/PI Data Historians or similar technologies Proficiency in Microsoft OS, virtual environments, and networking Effective communication skills, including presentations Experience with Siemens Desigo building management systems Additional Information: CHAT LIVE with recruiters on 7/31.
