Process Engineering Manager Job Location: Woburn, MA Job Type: Full Time Job Description: Improve and optimize manufacturing processes for heat exchangers and cold plates

Support the launch of new products into production

Work with the Quality team to ensure high standards and product reliability

Evaluate and implement new equipment and technologies

Lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

Collaborate with design and production teams

Train and mentor engineering team members

Ensure safety and regulatory compliance

Requirement: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering

Experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing, especially with aluminum vacuum brazing

Strong knowledge of heat exchanger production and machining

Proven track record in process optimization and lean practices

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
