We are looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in public accounting. The Senior Tax Manager will primarily be working with business and individual tax clients from varied industries and backgrounds. The salary range is $150,000 - $200,000, commensurate with experience. There is tremendous upside, with a track to Partner and ownership in the firm. Benefits include 401(k) with company match and paid time off. The position is on-site, based in our office in Littleton, CO. Desired Skills/Experience Proven ability to prepare and review complex tax returns Excellent client service and communication skills High level of integrity Self starter, with strong work ethic Ability to work both independently and collaboratively 7+ years of experience in public accounting Prior experience managing tax engagements and signing tax returns Active CPA required Job Functions Conduct review and have ultimate signing responsibility for more complex tax returns. Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff. Review required communications to clients, ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance with professional guidelines. Primary client contact and liaison for complex issues that staff are unable to resolve. Communicate effectively with clients and develop positive relationships with client personnel. Seniority level
