SOLTECH Seeking an experienced Senior Software Architect with a strong background in enterprise IT to lead the design, development, and integration of large-scale ERP, CRM, and business systems. This is a hands-on architecture role requiring deep technical expertise across enterprise platforms, the ability to operate at a high strategic level, and the experience to unify complex business systems into scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. C2C candidates will not be considered and visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Architect and lead the design of enterprise IT systems, with a strong focus on ERP and CRM platforms and their integration across the business. Define and implement enterprise architecture strategies that support scalability, interoperability, and long-term growth. Collaborate across business units to design cohesive, end-to-end solutions that span CRM, ERP, and other core enterprise applications. Drive enterprise cloud strategy, optimizing AWS services to support mission-critical business processes. Ensure seamless data integration and flow between internal systems, external services, and front-end platforms. Provide hands-on technical leadership across key enterprise technologies including .NET, Python, SQL, and cloud infrastructure. Mentor development teams on architecture best practices, data management, and systems interoperability. Partner with business analysts, product owners, and executive stakeholders to align architectural decisions with organizational goals. Oversee system security, performance, and compliance with enterprise IT and data governance standards. Maintain a clear architectural roadmap that supports system modernization and business transformation initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field 5+ years in software or enterprise architecture roles with demonstrated experience architecting ERP and CRM solutions Hands-on experience with enterprise systems integration and modernization efforts Experience with AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM), .NET (C#), Python, and SQL Experience with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent Strong grasp of enterprise data architecture, business process automation, and systems interoperability Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular is a plus but not the core focus Solid understanding of security principles, compliance, and DevOps in enterprise environments (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, IaC on AWS) Proven ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on technical levels Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working in Agile environments Location: Hybrid work schedule (Three days in office) based in Tallassee, Alabama, or Duluth, Georgia.
