Our Business Operations & Analytics team is expanding rapidly to support Boundless' growth goals and is looking for a strong leader to bring analytical rigor and practical business solutions to achieve those goals. This Senior Business Operations & Analytics Manager role will partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance as key stakeholders to deliver insights that drive our business. In this role, you will

Lead the development of standard KPIs to support effectiveness and optimization for Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance teams Lead large, high-priority, cross-functional projects (e.g., Marketing Attribution) that set strategic direction for the business Strategize with leaders across multiple functions within the organization to identify workstreams for their team Manage team members and contractors to deliver projects on time and within scope/budget Deliver timely analysis and commentary to executives on business performance, key drivers, and effectiveness of cross-functional efforts Establish and manage executive and operational dashboards/reports (e.g., Monthly Business Review) to inform decision-making Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders about prioritization, blockers, and timelines Stay up to date on sales and marketing measurement best practices and analysis capabilities of our tools About you

7+ years of work experience in finance, strategy, revenue operations, or analytics roles Self-starter with high energy who is flexible and adaptable to change Ability and willingness to handle both hands-on tasks and strategic initiatives Experience managing team members directly or indirectly Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and external networks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with large data sets and ensuring data quality High attention to detail Experience analyzing data to derive actionable insights (e.g., sales pipeline, funnel metrics, event tracking, marketing attribution) Proficiency with at least two analysis tools: Excel, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Sigma, etc. Experience with CRM and revenue tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach) Why work for Boundless?

The role offers a starting base salary typically between $140,000 and $176,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Total compensation includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401K match, insurance options, commuter benefits, flexible spending accounts, pet insurance discounts, and cell phone plan discounts.
