Job DescriptionJob Description A leading ERP implementation and systems integration consultancy is seeking a Technical Solution Architect to play a critical role in the delivery of high-impact solutions for clients across North America. This is a key leadership position focused on designing and implementing ERP architectures using Infor M3 and complementary platforms. The ideal candidate combines deep technical fluency, business process understanding, and consulting experience to design systems that are robust, scalable, and aligned with business goals. What You'll Do: Serve as the primary technical architect on ERP engagements, translating client business needs into smart, efficient solution designs Lead end-to-end architecture across ERP, cloud platforms, integrations, and third-party tools Design solutions tailored to specific client use cases in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or finance Oversee technical documentation, ensuring consistency and design accuracy Provide mentorship and direction to junior consultants and developers Conduct technical design and code reviews, ensuring best practices and solution integrity Guide integration across ERP, data warehousing, BI, and eCommerce platforms Architect and implement strategies for optimized data flow, transformation, and retention Maintain up-to-date knowledge of testing tools, ERP ecosystem enhancements, and development accelerators Support technical pre-sales efforts with estimates, scopes of work (SOWs), and architectural input Act as a client-facing subject matter expert during discovery, implementation, and optimization phases What We're Looking For: 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development and solution design 6+ years of consulting experience, with a solid understanding of client management and delivery models Expert-level experience with Infor M3 ERP and Infor OS , including multi-tenant cloud deployments Strong technical background in interface architecture, integrations, and cloud security Functional domain knowledge in at least one of the following: Supply Chain Manufacturing Quality & Compliance Logistics & Distribution Finance & Accounting Excellent communication skills and ability to lead both clients and internal teams Deep understanding of order entry, planning, and production processes Experience working with globally distributed teams Ideal Candidate Profile: Strategic thinker and hands-on executor Strong mentorship - enjoys guiding and leveling-up teammates Comfortable leading conversations with C-level stakeholders and technical teams Passionate about staying ahead of the curve in ERP trends, integration technologies, and cloud transformation Compensation & Details: Competitive base salary + bonus eligibility Remote flexibility (with periodic travel for client work, if needed) Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement match Training budget and clear path to leadership Interested in Designing What's Next?
