We are seeking a highly skilled Test Architect with over 15 years of experience to manage end-to-end test flows within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of testing methodologies and frameworks, with a strong emphasis on Katalon as a key skill. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement robust testing architectures that ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and frameworks to support various software development projects. Manage end-to-end test flows, ensuring that all testing phases are executed efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to define testing requirements and objectives. Lead the development and maintenance of automated test scripts using Katalon, ensuring high test coverage and reliability. Conduct regular reviews of test processes and methodologies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing, integrating relevant advancements into the testing strategy. Report on testing progress, results, and quality metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience with Katalon for automated testing. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing. Experience in designing and implementing test architectures for complex software systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Experience with other testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG). Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Groovy, or Python. Experience in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test architecture and automation. Proven track record of successfully managing testing projects from inception to completion. Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.
