Key Responsibilities:

Design and maintain automated deployment pipelines using tools like Git, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI / GitHub Actions; Improve release processes for stability and speed, adhering to best practices in version control; Manage Docker images, container registries, and containerized services; Deploy and maintain workloads on Kubernetes, ensuring seamless performance and scalability; Utilize Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation tools to automate infrastructure setup; Maintain and optimize IaC scripts, collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and repeatable provisioning; Implement monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) to track system health; Configure logging pipelines (e.g., ELK) for proactive troubleshooting and better incident response; Write and maintain scripts in Bash, Python, or PowerShell to streamline development and operations tasks; Enhance automation coverage to reduce manual interventions and improve reliability; Work closely with developers, QA, and senior engineers to align release processes with project timelines; Collaborate with teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve deployment or environment issues; Provide occasional mentorship to junior colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices; Follow DevOps security guidelines, incorporating security checks into CI/CD pipelines; Contribute to compliance efforts, documenting configurations and processes where necessary. What we’re looking for:

2–4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or similar roles; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; Proven familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP for production environments; Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration with Kubernetes; Hands-on experience automating infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or similar; Proficiency in Git, understanding of various branching strategies and code review processes; Comfortable scripting in at least one language (Bash, Python, PowerShell); Strong collaboration and communication skills; working effectively in a distributed team; Analytical mindset for identifying root causes and implementing robust solutions; Willingness to learn, adapt, and keep up with evolving DevOps trends and technologies. Nice-to-Have:

Experience with VMware or other virtualization platforms; Familiarity with databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB); Basic knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ); Exposure to networking and storage concepts.
