The Director of Digital Marketing will oversee the daily execution of marketing strategies to drive acquisition and retention for Big O Tires. The position reports to the VP Marketing Merchandising and will lead a team of 4-5 digital marketing specialists. The Director will be responsible for the performance of digital marketing channels, including Paid Search, Organic and Local Search (SEO), Affiliate, Display Advertising, and Social Media. The role involves collaboration with the digital analytics team and cross-functional teams including brand marketing, content & creative, IT, and finance. This is an onsite position located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL - requiring a minimum of 4 days in the office each week. Relocation assistance may be provided. Job Responsibilities
Grow Digital Acquisition & Revenue: Drive traffic, conversion, and ROI across digital channels such as paid search, SEO, affiliate marketing, display advertising, comparison shopping engines, and social media. Manage Performance: Supervise key channels, monitor performance, and seek improvement opportunities. Oversee Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting: Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting at the channel level. Maintain Constant Optimization: Continuously analyze performance, perform A/B testing, customer segmentation, and landing page optimization. Drive Digital Innovation & Shift to Social Media, AI, and Generative Search: Lead technology adoption, identify trends, and strategize testing to grow the business. Additional Job Responsibilities
Support Omnichannel & CRM Strategies: Implement digital strategies to enhance store traffic, cross-channel purchasing, and customer segmentation. Manage and mentor a team of 4-5 SEM & SEO Specialists, setting performance goals and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Collaborate cross-functionally with web development, operations, data science, and marketing teams to ensure successful project delivery. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
5+ years management experience leading a team of digital specialists. 10+ years in digital marketing, with a proven track record in ecommerce, retail, or agency settings, focusing on customer acquisition and revenue growth. Strong KPI focus: acquisition, conversion, ROI. Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Editor, and Microsoft Editor. Proven SEO capabilities, including local SEO management. Deep understanding of digital marketing and analytics, including paid search, organic search, affiliate marketing, display advertising, retargeting, and social media. Excellent communication skills, with ability to develop high-level presentations. Knowledge of marketing attribution tools and concepts. Proficiency in digital trends, especially AI-driven technologies. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and innovation. Quantitative skills for forecasting and ROI analysis. Logical problem-solving and recommendation skills. Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Proficiency in Google Analytics and web metrics tools. Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
