The Digital Products, Platforms & Services team, part of the global Growth, Digital & Platforms (GDP) function, is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying innovative digital products across brands, regions, and divisions worldwide to foster organic growth.
THE JOB:
We seek an experienced Sr. Software Engineer with expertise in content-related tools such as DAM, PXM, PIM, CMS, and brand guidelines platforms. You will be part of our Content ecosystem team, helping define, build, and standardize practices across these tools to ensure a seamless experience for our users.
As a key member of the Content product technical team, you will collaborate with engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders to develop scalable, tool-agnostic solutions that promote consistency and flexibility within our ecosystem. Experience with SaaS tools, integrations, REST APIs, microservices, and Azure Cloud is essential, with a strong preference for familiarity with Aprimo DAM systems.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience with SaaS tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript, Python, Kotlin, or Java is a plus.
- Experience designing and developing integration architectures.
- Knowledge of backend frameworks like Django or Express.js; certifications are a plus.
- MUST HAVE: Experience configuring SaaS products, RESTful API design, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DAM experience (preferably Aprimo).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement best practices for development, configuration, security, and performance.
- Collaborate on requirements, prioritize features, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner with vendors, optimize backend systems, and participate in testing and code reviews.
- Stay updated on backend trends and troubleshoot issues.
- Contribute to projects like marketing resource management, brand hub tools, content guidelines, DAM integrations, bulk uploads, AI integration, CI/CD improvements, and A/B testing.
