Major Duties*** **Platform Configuration & Maintenance** Configure and maintain the Coupa Risk Assess platform, including system objects, workflows, integrated fields, and user roles to ensure optimal performance and usability.* **Stakeholder Collaboration** Partner with cross-functional teams—Risk, Business Units, TPMO, and Procurement—to gather requirements, align platform capabilities with regulatory and compliance standards, and drive continuous improvement.* **Risk Workflow Management** Oversee third-party and intercompany risk workflows, including due diligence processes, evaluation status tracking, and relationship-level reporting to support enterprise risk visibility.* **Platform Enhancements & Data Updates** Lead initiatives such as supplier categorization refreshes, hierarchy updates, and setup data maintenance to ensure platform accuracy and relevance.* **User Enablement & Support** Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and ongoing support to ensure effective platform adoption and usage across the organization.* **Data Governance & Reporting** Support data governance efforts by ensuring data integrity, traceability, and compliance. Monitor platform performance, usage metrics, and compliance indicators, and provide actionable insights to leadership.### **2. Required Knowledge*** **Coupa Platform Expertise** Deep understanding of Coupa Risk Assess and Coupa Core modules, including configuration, deployment, and integration capabilities.* **Procurement & Risk Management** Strong grasp of procurement lifecycle processes, third-party risk management principles, and relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, FCPA, SOX).* **System Configuration & Testing** Knowledge of system configuration best practices, testing methodologies, production migration protocols, and post-deployment support strategies.* **Data Accuracy & Governance** Familiarity with data governance principles, including data quality, lineage, and compliance reporting.* **Communication & Engagement** Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into system requirements.### **3. Experience*** **Coupa Implementation** Proven experience in configuring and deploying Coupa Risk Assess and Coupa Core platforms in a mid-to-large enterprise environment.* **Cross-Functional Collaboration** Demonstrated success working with diverse teams across procurement, risk, compliance, and technology functions.* **Project Leadership** Experience leading platform enhancement projects, managing competing priorities, and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.* **Training & Documentation** Track record of creating user-centric training materials and documentation to support platform adoption and operational excellence.* **Analytical Problem Solving** Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving complex configuration issues, improving data accuracy, and optimizing workflows.Salary Range:$83,100 - 141,300 USD*Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
