Up to 60% Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to cover the Northwest U.S. region, including WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, CO, ND, SD, NE, KS, MN, IA, and AK. This field-based role is responsible for scientific exchange, thought leader engagement, and clinical trial support related to PROVENGE and the prostate cancer treatment landscape. This is a player-coach role, managing a team of three direct reports while also maintaining an active territory. Location & Eligibility

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Seattle, WA Strong preference for local candidates or those able to relocate immediately Candidates from California will not be considered unless relocating to WA or another state in the territory During non-travel periods (e.g., 3–4-week gaps), expected to work onsite in the Seattle office Key Responsibilities

Scientific Engagement Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and stakeholders in oncology and immuno-oncology Present clinical and scientific data in a compliant manner Attend and represent the company at conferences, symposia, and advisory boards Clinical Research Support Identify and engage investigators for company-sponsored trials Facilitate communication between investigators and clinical operations Provide support and guidance on investigator-initiated trials (IITs) Medical Education Deliver scientifically balanced, non-promotional education to HCPs and internal teams Lead cross-functional training initiatives (Sr. MSL level) Strategic Insights & Collaboration Gather and share scientific and competitive intelligence from the field Contribute to national and regional medical strategies Manage and mentor three MSLs located in the Northeast, Southeast, and Southwest regions Serve as a senior scientific resource and contribute to team development and strategic planning Qualifications

Required Advanced degree: PharmD, PhD, or MD (foreign MD accepted; board certification not required) Minimum 3 years of experience in an FDA-regulated industry At least 2 years of experience in oncology, immuno-oncology, or a related field Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills Proven ability to lead or mentor other MSLs or team members Willingness and ability to travel up to 60% Senior MSL Specific Minimum 3 years of experience as an MSL in oncology or immuno-oncology Demonstrated leadership experience with direct reports or as a team lead Ability to work cross-functionally and influence national-level strategy Preferred Experience in cell therapy or immunotherapy Existing relationships with prostate cancer KOLs Familiarity with clinical trial protocols and IIT processes Territory Coverage

AK, OR, ID, MT, WY, ND, SD, NE, KS, IA Travel expectations will vary based on state concentration, minimal travel to remote areas like Alaska
