Director of Human Resources

Arbour Hospital , we provide high-quality care and service excellence across a continuum of behavioral health services. We have proudly served the greater Boston area since 1909, offering inpatient treatment and aftercare services, community-based programs, and day treatment. The
HR Director
position is an integral part of the leadership team reporting directly to the CEO. The role leads the delivery of workforce strategies and the implementation of HR programs, policies, and practices. The HR Director works with other business leaders as a business partner to drive recruitment, employee relations, coaching, performance management, employee engagement, and other HR areas. The ideal candidate will have strong management experience and solid HR practices managing all functional HR areas. The

The
HR Director
position requires: Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required. Experience : A minimum of five years’ experience in human resources, three years’ HR management experience, and two years’ healthcare preferred. Must roll up sleeves to ensure day-to-day HR operations are compliant while also functioning at a strategic level. Certification : Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred. EEO Statement
