About the Position
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing People team. In this role you will play a key role in growing the VideaHealth team, responsible for managing end to end recruitment processes for technical positions, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent who are a strong culture fit. The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong background in sourcing technical talent and is eager to contribute to a fast growing startup. This opportunity is based in our Boston office on a hybrid work schedule. Key Responsibilities
Full cycle recruitment with a focus on technical positions Partner with hiring managers and leadership team to build and implement hiring strategies Source, attract and engage top talent through creative and effective sourcing strategies Interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience and culture fit Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience Maintain and optimize our applicant tracking system to ensure accurate reporting Assist with other talent initiatives as they arise About You
2+ years of experience in sourcing or full cycle recruitment, ideally in a fast paced startup environment Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization Experience supporting people operations or HR initiatives is a plus Ability to commute to our Boston HQ on a hybrid schedule A passion to utilize your skills to improve the world by positively impacting people\'s health Don’t meet all the listed requirements?
