Overview
Sales and Marketing Director at Oakmont of Silver Creek, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group. Relocation package offered. Pay Range: $80,000 - $85,000 plus monthly bonuses. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred. Oakmont of Silver Creek is part of Oakmont Management Group, with communities across California, Hawaii, and Nevada. We provide high-quality, compassionate care with five-star services and amenities, supporting residents in maintaining independence. The Sales and Marketing Director will generate and manage leads, qualify prospects, and guide them through moving into their new home. You will work closely with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to create a strategic marketing plan and aim to achieve occupancy targets. Responsibilities
Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community. Ideate ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals. Collaborate with the team to execute events that draw prospects to the community. Build relationships with community organizations and professional groups to expand collaboration opportunities. Maintain ongoing follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel. Qualifications
Three or more years of marketing experience or a sales background (outside sales preferred). Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience). Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong organization and diligent follow-up with prospects. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB tests. Benefits
