We are looking for a Strategic Partner Development, Product Partnerships, to manage our product partnerships and integrations with a wide range of content providers, improving Anthropic’s products. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, researching, negotiating, and closing deals with a variety of content providers necessary to build and maintain Anthropic’s product portfolio. A background in product partnerships at a major tech company is beneficial, and comfort in working in a fast-paced start-up environment is helpful. Responsibilities

Working closely with Product & Research teams, identify and pursue potential product partnership opportunities through product and customer insights, market research, industry networking, and strategic outreach. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective product partnerships, tracking leads, and managing the deal flow from initial contact to closure. Conduct due diligence on potential partners, assessing strategic fit, content offerings, and potential value to Anthropic. Lead negotiations with product partners, crafting mutually beneficial agreements that align with Anthropic's objectives and legal requirements. Collaborate with Legal, Product, Engineering, Research, and Finance teams to structure deals balancing risk, product impact, and operational feasibility. Develop comprehensive deal models, product ROI, and cost structures to support decision-making. Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing product partners, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring ongoing satisfaction and alignment with partnership goals. Manage partner communications and facilitate collaboration between partners and cross-functional teams at Anthropic. Provide strategic guidance on product partnerships to enhance the value proposition of Anthropic's products and services. Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analyses to stay ahead of industry trends, including emerging partnership models. Prepare regular reports and presentations for executive leadership, highlighting partnership performance and recommendations.
