Arine is looking for a Senior User Experience Designer based in San Francisco, to join a diverse team in building Arine\'s Virtual Pharmacist platform and solutions. Our platform supports an array of medicine intelligence solutions and serves as a launchpad for extending our clinical models and workflows. What You'll be Doing User Research and Analysis: Conduct internal and external user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors to inform design decisions

Ideation: Lead product and feature teams in brainstorming sessions, workshops, and design exercises to gather ideas from customers and internal teams

UX Design: Transform research into user flows, wireframes, sketches, and prototypes, iterating with stakeholders and engineering

UI Design: Create pixel-perfect mockups reflecting brand/design principles and support proper implementation

Driving Clarity: Apply design thinking to align stakeholders around user-centered design in ambiguous contexts

Design Systems and Processes: Contribute to the end-to-end design system of style specifications, guides, templates, and processes

User Perspective: Represent user needs and goals to identify key flows and define clear requirements

Ownership & Strategy: Be the expert on your product areas and influence how design prioritizes and executes work

Who You Are and What You Bring A minimum of 5 years of experience in user experience, UI design, or a related field

Experience in user research methodologies, design thinking, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing

Sincere customer empathy with the drive to understand underlying needs

Ability to guide front-end developers and product managers, provide constructive feedback, and foster collaboration

Strong ability to understand and solve complex user problems while balancing engineering requirements

Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping software

Self-starter with a desire to define and drive design standards across the company

Nice-to-Haves Experience in healthcare technology or related industry

Analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to interpret user data into actionable design improvements

Prior experience in front-end software development and/or product management

Understanding or direct experience with AI/Machine Learning concepts

Experience with Design systems/FE libraries

Experience with motion graphics software or animation design
