Responsibilities Lead and mentor two Marketing Coordinators, delegating assignments, setting expectations, and following up to ensure accuracy and timely completion. Develop and implement SEO and AEO strategies to increase visibility, traffic, and conversions. Oversee marketing onboarding for new properties and ensure successful campaign launches. Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (PPC, social, email) and campaign budgets. Oversee marketing invoices and ensure accurate budget tracking. Ensure all campaigns and materials meet brand standards and are aligned with company objectives. Collaborate with Operations, Regional Management, and the Asset Management team to drive property-level growth. Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, with clear insights and actionable recommendations. Support cross-team initiatives and provide occasional assistance to the residential marketing side as needed. Qualifications Education / Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required. 5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience with proven success in SEO, AEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI tools like DOMO or Tableau). Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications preferred. Experience managing and developing teams. Skilled in Excel, Photoshop, and content development (Adobe Creative Cloud a plus). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
