About this role

What we’re looking for? We need a Head of Marketing with 5+ years of experience in marketing, especially in content creation and strategy, who has a strong background in building and successfully executing marketing campaigns from ideation to optimization. You should be comfortable defining and scaling marketing efforts from the ground up in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup environment, with a strong focus on driving awareness and lead generation. Bonus points if you have AI-related domain experience and are willing to be hands-on Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across brand, content, digital, and product marketing Build out our marketing funnel, with a strong focus on driving awareness and lead generation for our B2B SaaS product Own positioning and messaging across channels, translating complex technical concepts into compelling narratives Partner with sales and customer success to develop collateral, case studies, and campaigns that accelerate the buyer journey Launch and manage demand generation campaigns (paid, organic, events, outbound sequences, etc.) Lead content strategy and execution, including blog posts, newsletters, webinars, and customer stories Track and report on key marketing metrics and use data to optimize performance, with a KPI of qualified pipeline Requirements

3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in content creation and strategy Should have 2+ years of marketing experience specifically at B2B SaaS companies. Willing to take a risk on less experience if the candidate is exceptional Salary and equity

Salary: $165k – $225k Equity: 0.10%-0.30%
