Hiyo is seeking a results-driven and entrepreneurial Senior Amazon Manager to take full ownership of our Amazon channel as a core growth engine. This role is responsible for scaling topline revenue aggressively while managing profitability through disciplined advertising, pricing, and inventory strategies. The Senior Amazon Manager will design and execute growth roadmaps, lead performance marketing campaigns, and ensure our brand shows up on Amazon with the same energy and creativity that defines Hiyo in every channel. While Amazon will be the primary focus, this role will also collaborate closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Growth teams to build an integrated, omnichannel marketing strategy. The role reports to the Senior Director of Growth.

The Responsibilities
Amazon Growth & Channel Leadership:
- Own the Amazon channel P&L, driving aggressive topline growth while managing contribution margin and profitability
- Manage end-to-end Amazon Seller Central operations including product listings, inventory management, pricing strategy, and order fulfillment
- Optimize product listings and brand storefront with compelling copy, A+ content, and creative assets that strengthen conversion and brand equity
- Manage inventory forecasting, FBA logistics, and replenishment to prevent stockouts and minimize excess fees
- Navigate Amazon’s compliance requirements and proactively manage account health, brand registry, and escalation processes
Amazon Marketing & Advertising:
- Lead Amazon performance marketing strategy, managing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP campaigns
- Own and optimize a significant ad budget with accountability for ROAS, TACoS, and contribution margin
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings
- Partner with Brand, Marketing, and Growth teams to align Amazon campaigns with brand storytelling and seasonal marketing initiatives
- Drive promotional planning for tentpole events (Prime Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, New Year, Dry January)
Performance Optimization & Insights:
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs including revenue, conversion rates, ACoS, TACoS, organic rankings, and inventory velocity
- Run structured A/B tests on titles, images, content, and pricing to continuously improve performance
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to identify whitespace opportunities and emerging trends
- Implement tools and dashboards (e.g., Helium10, Perpetua, Pacvue) to streamline insights and decision-making
Cross-Functional E-Commerce Support:
- Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Growth teams on strategy to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience across channels
- Support execution of marketing strategy across Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok channels
- Support inventory planning and demand forecasting across Amazon and E-Commerce platforms
- Assist with product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing initiatives
- Partner with Operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
The Qualifications
- Based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area
- Access to a laptop, phone, and reliable internet
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications (or equivalent professional experience)
- 4–6 years of professional experience in e-commerce, with at least 3+ years directly managing Amazon Seller Central at scale (7–8 figure annual revenue preferred)
- Proven track record of growing Amazon sales while managing contribution margin and advertising efficiency (ACoS, TACoS, ROAS)
- Deep knowledge of Amazon advertising platforms (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP) and campaign optimization
- Strong understanding of e-commerce fundamentals including SEO, conversion optimization, digital merchandising, and customer acquisition
- Experience with inventory forecasting, FBA logistics, and supply chain coordination
- Proficiency with Amazon analytics and marketplace tools (e.g., Helium10, Jungle Scout, Perpetua, Pacvue, DataHawk, etc.) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and is comfortable with high ownership and accountability
- Interest in the food & beverage, health & wellness, and alcohol alternative space is a plus
