The Amazon Account Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping online retail strategies, advising brands on Amazon and Walmart growth, and ensuring seamless collaboration between client stakeholders and delivery teams. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, data-led decision making, and strong client relationship management skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Support business development pitches and identify opportunities to cross-sell digital commerce solutions.
- Advise clients on Amazon and Walmart strategies, ensuring best practice across retail and paid media.
- Deliver data-driven insights and performance reviews, helping brands unlock category growth.
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure seamless service delivery and measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar Amazon consultancy role.
- Demonstrate hands-on expertise with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Walmart platforms.
- Possess excellent communication skills, simplifying complex strategies for senior stakeholders.
- Show understanding of digital advertising concepts and paid media growth strategies.
- Display a proactive, self-motivated approach with strong problem-solving ability.
