The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Role & Responsibilities

Within the WPP Unite structure we are looking to bring on a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team, focusing on commerce across one of our key customers, Amazon. This role is pivotal in driving integrated marketing strategies that leverage commerce insights to enhance brand presence and performance in digital retail environments.

In addition to bringing a killer attitude and energy, this individual must be able to:

  • Drive the creation and implementation of retail experiences (both physical and digital) within Amazon.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and manage their project needs, from initial brief to final delivery.
  • Manage creative projects by clearly defining scope, timelines, and ensuring ongoing communication among all parties.
  • Champion collaboration across strategy, design, creative, and media teams to deliver integrated programs.
  • Own the workflow for Amazon storefront and product detail page updates, including new innovations, packaging changes, seasonal/tentpole moments, and other key triggers.
  • Review briefs, identify whether requests require simple updates or larger integrated campaigns, and align stakeholders accordingly.
  • Write clear creative briefs, route feedback, and keep all parties updated on progress, risks, and next steps.
  • QA content before and after publishing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong shopper impact.
  • Actively manage timelines, budgets, and multiple deliverables simultaneously with attention to detail and quality.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing agency, retailer, or digital company
  • Shopper/retail experience for CPG or health and wellness brands preferred
  • Digital experience preferred
  • Experience with brand and trade activations
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with hunger for growth
  • Excited about working in a startup environment
  • Comfortable working with clients; strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and decisive; driven and logical thinker
  • Lead by example and perform well under pressure
  • Computer literate, administratively strong, attention to detail, accountable
  • Proven track record of building revenue in a retail marketing environment
  • Ability to work in the office 3 days a week.

Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this role is $75,000-$110,000*

*exact compensation will be determined based on individual experience
