Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce & Amazon Specialist, located in New York, NY. The E-Commerce & Amazon Specialist will manage daily e-commerce operations, optimize product listings, and drive sales growth on Amazon. Tasks also include analyzing sales data, managing customer service, coordinating with various teams for seamless operations, and developing strategies to enhance the brand's online presence.

E-Commerce

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
  • Efficiently organize and maintain a comprehensive database of gathered information, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the marketing and sales teams.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.

Amazon Account

  • Oversee and manage the company's Amazon Seller Central account, including product listings, inventory, and order fulfillment.
  • Optimize Amazon product listings with compelling titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve search rankings and sales.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics on Amazon, such as sales, advertising spend, and customer reviews, to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage and resolve Amazon account health issues, ensuring compliance with all Amazon policies.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and advertising strategies on the Amazon platform.

EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Management

  • Manage and monitor all EDI transactions with retail partners, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing of orders, invoices, and shipping notices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any EDI-related issues or errors to prevent delays in the order-to-cash cycle.
  • Maintain and update EDI mapping documents to align with changes in business requirements or partner specifications.

Support to Global Marketing team

  • Support the global marketing team in executing local initiatives, including Shopify experience coordination, market specific merchandising and promotions (GWP), and other relevant marketing amplifications.
  • Assist in managing relationships with agencies and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.
  • Analyze local marketing performance data, providing insights on paid media campaigns and commercial marketing initiatives.
  • Provide the US market perspective to inform Global brand activation strategy, identify trends in customer behavior, and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to plan and execute marketing activities for key local consumption-occasions, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
