We are looking for a Pharmacist to help customers find, choose, afford, and engage with the services, products, and professionals they need to stay healthy, with hands-on involvement in prescription fulfillment from initiation to completion.
Role responsibilities
- Dispense medications and handle the entire process of prescription fulfillment, including filling, verifying, and packing orders for shipment, in addition to pharmacist verifications.
- Manage and maintain customer profiles in PharmacyOS and coordinate prescription transfers.
- Process initial prescription orders and new prescriptions; verify accuracy and compliance with system requirements.
- Focus on system-based verification and documentation; investigate errors and facilitate proper resolution and reporting.
- Collaborate with other pharmacy staff to ensure quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with all procedures and applicable laws.
- Support distribution with relevant pharmacy information and perform ancillary housekeeping tasks (e.g., returns, rejects, substitutions, and canister approvals).
Shifts / scheduling
- Sunday-Wednesday, 10-hour shifts, starting 6:00pm
- Wednesday–Saturday, 10-hour shifts, starting 6:00pm
- Friday-Monday, 10-hour shifts, starting 6:00pm
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 10-hour shifts, starting 6:00pm
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or PharmD Degree
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in Florida (and others upon request; additional licenses may be required if domicile differs from state of employment)
- Knowledge of pharmacy laws and federal/state regulations concerning patient care
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform basic computer functions
- Warehouse work capability, including ability to lift 20 lbs
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in LTC or retail settings
- Excellent communication skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Base pay ranges from $93,400/year to $161,000/year, depending on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
