As a Senior Product Manager - Technical on the Amazon Connect Flows team, you will drive the vision, product strategy, and requirements for the product portfolio, focusing on intuitive flow-building, integrated testing capabilities, and analytics to optimize outcomes for end customers.
Key job responsibilities
- Engage with customers to define a product vision and future roadmap, including investment, innovation, and experimentation.
- Influence senior leaders across AWS and communicate product vision, strategy, goals, status, and customer impact.
- Build a roadmap and define features that delight customers, drive adoption, and increase utilization of services.
- Collaborate with engineering to build new capabilities and source customers for early adoption, beta testing, and launch partners.
- Launch and promote new capabilities in collaboration with product marketing.
- Deliver compelling presentations, product demos, technical blogs, and discussions to drive adoption of communication offerings.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product management with internet business experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
- 3+ years of technical experience (software development, network development, IT, or related).
- Experience taking a product from conception through engineering design and to market.
- Experience delivering large‑scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products with full lifecycle ownership (concept through GTM).
- Experience delivering software products in agile teams.
- Deep knowledge of cloud architecture and distributed systems.
- Deep knowledge of programmatic best practices (APIs, CDKs, DevOps).
- Experience with contact center technologies.
- Track record of successful product launches in enterprise software.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies and their practical applications.
