Job description: DESCRIPTIONAmazon’s Selling Partner API (SP-API) team is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the Program Management Office (PMO) within our Solutions Architecture (SA) practice. This role will support cross-functional initiatives and requires expertise in program management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key job responsibilities
As the PMO Lead, you will be responsible for:
– Developing and optimizing our PMO function to create a centralized system for working backward project plans, release roadmaps, and joint technical requirements.

Collaborating closely with Account Management, Business Development, Documentation, Support, and backend technology teams to ensure the success of PMO processes.

Owning and executing complex projects and programs across various product categories.
–
Scaling existing mechanisms and creating new ones to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Establishing an effective PMO mechanism for the SA practice to enhance our support for customers worldwide.

Our global Solutions Architecture team enables technology Solution Providers to build on Selling Partner API. Selling Partner API is an integrated web service API that helps Amazon Selling Partners programmatically exchange data on listings, orders, payments, reports, and more.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS– 5+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
– Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teamsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– 2+ years of application product management experience
– 2+ years of defining and executing against program timeline & requirements experience
