Falls Delivery, LLC, (https://falls.delivery/) is a veteran-owned Amazon Delivery Service Partner. We are hiring motivated individuals to deliver Amazon packages in and around Sioux Falls.

This is a regular (W-2) employee position delivering Amazon packages while driving a company vehicle, using a company mobile device, and wearing a company-provided branded uniform.

This is a part-time, afternoon/evening delivery position. Approximate working hours are 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm (about 5 hours per day). Shifts are available every day of the week, with employees usually working the same days weekly.

This is a physically demanding/athletic job. Routes are dense, requiring lots of walking (and relatively little driving). A typical route involves making 100-125 stops and delivering approximately 150 packages at a pace of 25-30 deliveries per hour (about 10 deliveries every 20 minutes). You must be physically capable of lifting and carrying 50 pounds and entering/exiting a delivery vehicle 125+ times daily. If you are not into athleticism, physical fitness, healthy eating, and getting adequate sleep, then this job may not be suitable for you.

As a Delivery Associate, you will be the face of our company, tasked with exceeding customer expectations by ensuring all orders are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and accurately.

This position is with Falls Delivery, an independent company contracted with Amazon, not Amazon itself. We value a positive attitude, teamwork, and commitment to getting the job done. The owner, Zack, also delivers and is accessible via his cell phone, which you will have.

About the job :

• Delivery Associates are regular W-2 employees driving clean, modern company vehicles.
• Branded uniforms are provided at no cost.
• Shifts are available 7 days a week, with an expectation of working at least one weekend day each week.
• Deliver small packages, primarily residential, with some commercial deliveries.
• Expect lots of walking, with routes involving 100-125 stops and about 150 packages, at a rate of 25-30 deliveries per hour.
• You must be physically capable of lifting and carrying 50 pounds and entering/exiting the vehicle 125+ times daily.

Compensation and benefits :

• $21.50/hour base pay.
• Weekly pay via direct deposit (every Friday).
• Paid training and paid time off.
• Work clothes, safety shoes, snacks, and other equipment are provided free of charge.

Basic job requirements :

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Able to speak, read, and understand English for safety.
• Proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license (no CDL required).
• Pass a 5-panel pre-employment drug test (marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines, opiates, PCP).
• Pass pre-employment screening.
• Ability to operate a delivery vehicle weighing up to 10,000 lbs. safely.
• Ability to lift/carry parcels up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to enter/exit the vehicle 125+ times daily.
• Use delivery devices and apps effectively.
• Reliable and punctual, with a consistent schedule.
