**POSITION SUMMARY**

• *Secure and deliver Brandt fabrication materials, supplies and equipment to assigned destinations in a safe, orderly, and timely manner.**
• *What you'll do:**
• *Responsibilities include, but not limited to:**

1. Use hands, dolly, and/or forklift to move, secure and transport fabrication supplies and equipment onto and off delivery trucks to and from construction job sites or other Brandt destinations.
2. Transport goods via delivery truck to jobsites or other Brandt destinations. Advise on, or assist with, unloading process.
3. Sweep, clean, haul trash and maintain work area in clean and organized fashion.
4. Maintain a clean department vehicle as part of a safe working environment.
5. Assist with scrap collection, delivery, and receipt of payment, according to approved process.
6. Perform additional assignments as requested/needed.
7. Assist shop superintendent with fab shop distribution plans.
8. Assist shop Inventory Coordinator with unloading and checking in fab materials as needed.

• *Travel Requirements** **:** <10% overnight travel; frequent local driving
• *What you'll need to be successful:**

• Entry-Level Position
• Valid Texas driver license and clear driving record (Class A CDL required)
• Working knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical projects and related tools and equipment is a plus but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Good customer-service skills
• Strong attention to and respect for safety rules and regulations
• Willingness to work efficiently inside and outside
• Availability for occasional weekend work
• Basic computer skills

**What you bring to the table:** Flat-bed trailer experience with strapping/securing and transporting loads. Moderate computer skills preferred. Clean driving record.
