Want to know if you are a good fit? You must be able to do the following:

• Accepts, unloads, and verifies quantities and condition of incoming shipments. Inputs received material information into computer.
• Follows warehouse paperwork procedures to ensure the accuracy of information. Files freight claims, processes damaged, and return items as necessary.
• Communicates receiving variances promptly to the manager.
• Conducts inventory or cycle counting according to company policy.
• Moves received materials to storage or staging areas as directed by computer ticket.
• Makes sure the warehouse is well maintained, shelves are stocked and organized, and products are correctly displayed.
• Continuously improves warehouse processes to maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction and company efficiency.

Requirements include:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• 1+ year of warehouse experience
• Ability to push-pull carry up to 50 lbs.
• Walk the warehouse floor
• Climb Ladder up to 15 feet to pull material
• Ability to stand and work with arms at or above shoulder height for extended periods
• Stand for extended periods.
• Bend, stoop, reach and shift positions frequently
• Talk or hear, both in person and by telephone;
• Use hands repetitively to operate, finger, handle or feel standard equipment;

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
