Warehouse Operator Job at Joulé in Wayne

• Handle all material control functions including shipping, receiving, labeling, and packing of raw materials and finished goods
  
• Maintain and organize rack storage locations using scanning and labeling systems (DSI/JDE One World)
  
• Shrink wrap, band, and stage finished goods for shipment
  
• Supply production and batching teams with required materials to support continuous operation
  
• Assist with physical inventory counts and reconciliation
  
• Operate and become certified in industrial equipment such as forklifts, electric reach trucks, and pallet jacks
  
• Comply with all DOT and Federal hazardous materials handling and shipping regulations
  
• Support hazardous waste handling procedures in line with local, state, and federal regulations
  
• Serve as a trainer and resource for new warehouse hires
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  
  
  • High school diploma or equivalent
    
  • 1–2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control (preferably in a manufacturing warehouse)
    
  • Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks preferred (training available)
    
  • Familiarity with automated inventory control and scanning systems is a plus
    
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
    
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift
