Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and distributing materials, as well as maintaining the overall organization of the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Sort and organize products within the warehouse for easy access and inventory management.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and timelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, often weighing 50 pounds or more.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
