Responsibilities
- Help oversee the day-to-day warehouse tasks, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Help keep inventory records accurate, conduct cycle counts, and investigate any discrepancies that arise.
- Be a part of the solution by contributing to the development of new processes that boost efficiency, productivity, and safety.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure everything is in tip-top shape, accurate, and up to our high standards.
- Foster a safety-conscious culture by ensuring everyone follows safety procedures and regulations.
- Assist in training new warehouse associates, showing them the ropes of warehouse procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise, find solutions, and keep everything running smoothly.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager, associates, and other departments to keep the logistics and supply chain humming along seamlessly.
Requirements
- Warehouse Experience: 2+ years in a warehouse setting with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and processes.
- Leadership Potential: You\'ve got what it takes to lead a team, motivate others, and provide helpful guidance.
- Inventory Management Skills: Familiarity with inventory control and best practices is a big plus.
- Attention to Detail: You\'re all about accuracy, from inventory records to order fulfillment.
- Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with everyone around you.
- Physical Stamina: You\'re ready to lift, move, and stand for extended periods in a busy warehouse environment.
