Phlebotomist in Walterboro, South Carolina

Now Hiring: Phlebotomist I – Walterboro, SC (Full-Time, Onsite)

Location: 447 Spruce Street, Walterboro, SC 29488

Contract- 3 months

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $17/hr- $19.07/hr

Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist I to provide excellent patient care and accurate specimen collection at our IOP site in Walterboro, SC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality blood draws on patients of all ages – pediatrics through geriatrics

• Handle daily specimen processing and data entry using general computer knowledge

• Ensure proper specimen labeling, handling, and transport

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment

• Collaborate with one other phlebotomist at a two-draw-room location

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ years of phlebotomy experience required

• Experience drawing blood from both pediatric and geriatric patients

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• TB test and color vision screening required

• Must be able to stand for most of the day

• Must live within ~20 minutes of site due to past tardiness/call-off concerns

• Reliable transportation is a must

Training: 1–2 weeks, including computer and hands-on training at the worksite
