Pay and Benefits
Pay scale of $18.81-24.04/hour, depending on training, education and experience. Eligible to participate in up to 5% of the company bonus pool. Benefits include medical, PTO, up to 5% 401K match, and tuition reimbursement.

Phlebotomist – Our Ideal Candidate
Our ideal phlebotomist is patient, reliable, and committed to keeping donors comfortable and satisfied.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
- Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while maintaining donor confidentiality.
- Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
- Monitor donors and equipment to ensure donor health and product quality.
- Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines.
- Disconnect and dispose of all contaminated disposable equipment.
Occupational Demands
Work is performed in a plasma center with exposure to biological fluids and potential exposure to infectious organisms. PPE required. Standing 6-8 hours per day; bending/twisting up to 1-2 hours per day; frequent hand movements; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; able to walk up to 6-8 hours per day; hearing, vision, and color discrimination requirements; ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
