Base pay range

$24.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Ramsey, MN! This is a 3 months contract role offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Location: Ramsey, MN 55303

Shift Schedule:Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $25/hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily phlebotomy and specimen processing activities accurately and on time under supervision.
  • Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients.
  • Collect forensic and clinical specimens with confidence, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
  • Verify patient demographics and obtain signatures post-venipuncture to confirm labeling accuracy.
  • Accurately maintain required records and documentation.
  • Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image to patients, clients, and staff.
  • Provide coverage at multiple patient service centers or in-office phlebotomy locations as needed.
  • Adhere to company policies including dress code, health & safety standards, and guiding principles.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: 3+ years phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric & capillary)

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
