Pride Health is hiring Phlebotomist (Float) to support our client’s team in New Hartford, NY. This is a full-time, 13-week contract.

Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Phlebotomist to cover float between 8 locations: Rome (2), New Hartford (2), Utica (2), Ilion (1) & Barneveld (1). This role involves high-volume blood collection in a supportive team setting, requiring both speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drawing blood and processing specimens
  • Patient check-ins
  • Working at multiple PSC locations
  • High volume of draws (20–50 per day)
  • Standing for most of the shift

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1.5 years phlebotomy experience
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving history (mileage reimbursed)

Additional Information

  • Job Type: 13-wks contract
  • Rotating Sat: 6:15 AM–12:00 PM (3.5–4 hours)
  • Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
