We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in a Patient Service Center. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of our company. Additionally, you will have opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.
Work Schedule:
Your planned work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Hours and location may vary based on business needs and supervisor requests.

PSTs may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays quarterly bonuses based on performance metrics.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
- Accurately and promptly enter patient information into our systems.
- Process billing information and collect payments as needed.
- Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
- Maintain logs of patient and specimen information.
- Provide superior customer service to all patients.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
- Travel to additional sites when required.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training from an accredited agency, or previous phlebotomist experience.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test.
