Overview

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist at The Villages, FL! This is a 3 months contract role offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Location: The Villages, FL 32162

Shift Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Rotational Saturday coverage OR
• Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Rotational Saturday coverage

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $17.75-19.75/hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Collect blood specimens skillfully and safely, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing in compliance with procedures.
• Ensure proper labeling and verification of all specimens in the presence of patients.
• Maintain accurate records and required documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service, creating a positive and professional patient experience.
• Perform both forensic and clinical specimen collection duties with confidence.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience (Required)

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

(Note: Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.)
