Overview
Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Frisco, TX. This is a 3 months contract role offering opportunity for experience in a dynamic environment.
Location: Frisco, TX 75034
Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Start Date: ASAP
Base pay range: $19.00/hr - $22.50/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient specimen collection (forensic and clinical) while following established practices and procedures.
- Ensure proper patient identification, labeling, and post-collection verification.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all patient interactions and collections.
- Create a safe and professional environment for patients and staff.
- Provide superior customer service and maintain patient trust while explaining collection procedures.
- Demonstrate organizational commitment and leadership behaviors in daily tasks.
- Travel as needed to provide coverage at Patient Service Centers and In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
- Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
