The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of the company to patients, providing a welcoming environment for health routine or life-defining decisions.
Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing following established procedures.
Establish trust and confidence with patients by explaining procedures and drawing blood in a safe, skillful, and accurate manner.
Demonstrate leadership behaviors, focus on process excellence, and maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the supervision of the area supervisor.
Maintain a safe and professional environment.
Handle forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties confidently, following established practices.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Promote a positive organizational image to patients, clients, employees, and the public.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical training such as medical assistant or paramedic preferred.
Ability to deliver error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric.
Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
Minimum of 6 months experience; 1+ years preferred.
Customer service experience in retail or service environment preferred.
Keyboard/data entry skills are essential.
Candidates should live within a 20-25 minute commute to ensure coverage.
Bilingual candidates must have excellent English and Spanish skills.
Shift: M-F 6:00 am to 11:00 am, Saturday 6:00 am to 10:00 am.
