About the Role

Pride Health is hiring a “Phlebotomy - Phlebotomist Floater - 1st Shift” to support our client’s medical facility-based Lancaster OH 43130. This is a 2-3-months assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Responsibilities

• Drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing specimens for laboratory testing.
• Ensuring safety, accuracy, and professionalism in every patient interaction.
• Creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence by clearly explaining procedures.
• Following established procedures, confidentiality policies, and process excellence standards.
• Working at doctor’s offices, patient service centers, or other locations based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections).
• 2+ years in a Patient Service Center environment (Preferred).
• Customer service experience in a retail or service setting (Preferred).
• Keyboarding/data entry experience (Preferred).

Experience in phlebotomy and customer service.

Pay range and compensation package

Pay rate: $20/hr - $22/hr

Location: Lancaster, OH 43130

Duration: 3-4 months contract with possible extension

Shift: The hours will vary from 6AM-6PM depending on the need. It will be a 40 hour weekly.
