Overview

We are seeking a Phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or client medical office. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of the company. Work Schedule & Location

Work Schedule: 39.5 hours per week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8:00am 5:00pm. Wednesday 10:00am 6:00pm. Additional days/hours may be requested.
Work Location: Medical Office in Denver, CO 80236

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
  • Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
  • Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely
  • Process billing information and collect payments when required
  • Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
  • Maintain patient and specimen information logs
  • Provide superior customer service to all patients
  • Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
  • Travel to additional sites when needed
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred
  • Previous phlebotomy experience is preferred
  • Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
  • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
Benefits & Additional Details

Pay Range: $21.73 - $28.49 per hour

QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM: Eligible Phlebotomists may participate in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, with quarterly bonuses based on performance metrics.

Benefits: Eligible employees working 20+ hours per week receive comprehensive benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), PTO or Flexible Time Off, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Stock Purchase Plan). Part-time or PRN staff may have limited benefit eligibility.
