Overnight Manager Responsibilities
- Lead shifts overnight (11pm-7am) and ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to meet McDonald\'s standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness
- Maintain safety and security overnight
- Monitor shift performance, plan for each shift, and complete delegated tasks to help the restaurant meet its goals
- Coordinate with the next breakfast Shift Manager to ensure a smooth handoff
Qualifications
Previous leadership experience is required, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for a positive team player who is available to work overnight (11pm-7am), who likes to have fun, and who has the passion to work in McDonald\'s fast-paced environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
