The Overnight Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all facility areas to ensure a positive member experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors thoroughly.
2. Stock locker rooms with supplies and paper products.
3. Report broken or missing amenities or equipment to the Club Manager.
4. Follow the “Lost and Found Policy” and turn in lost member property promptly.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Custodial experience preferred.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Ability to work third shift.
• Honesty and strong work ethic.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Maintain professionalism and appropriate behavior in interactions.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Physical Demands

• Stand and walk continuously during shifts.
• Reach with hands and arms frequently.
• Occasionally climb, balance, kneel, or crouch.
• Occasionally lift over 80 pounds.
• Handle toxic chemicals occasionally.

Compensation: $12.50 per hour
