Overview

Store 623, 2903 78TH AVE SE, Mercer Island, Washington, United States of America. Overnight Cashier role with a quiet pace and a strong team, delivering excellent customer service during late-night hours. You’ll process transactions accurately, keep the store clean and organized, and help create a welcoming environment for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile, thank them for their business, and invite them back
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service
• Apply discounts and promotions as applicable while following company policies and laws related to restricted sales (alcohol, tobacco, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and organized store, inside and out
• Stock and rotate shelves, coolers, and displays properly
• Assist with additional store duties as needed

Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including holidays and weekends (24/7 operation)
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude
• Reliability, integrity, and a history of doing the right thing
• A team player with a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
• Prior retail or foodservice cashiering experience is a plus
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to change
• Must meet legal age requirements to sell regulated products (alcohol and tobacco)
• NV Only – Must be of legal age to work around slot machines

Physical Requirements

• Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, and twist; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; and talk and listen
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 65 pounds
• Work in conditions that include heat, cold, allergen, noise, and fume/chemical/odor from gasoline and cleaning chemicals
