Job Summary

As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering first-class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. The Valet Attendant assists arriving and departing guests by opening and closing doors, parking and securing vehicles, unloading luggage, retrieving vehicles promptly, and welcoming guests warmly.

You will work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, or cold.

You must enjoy physical activity, as lifting up to 50 lbs is often required to handle luggage and assist guests.

You should be personable and comfortable engaging with guests to facilitate smooth valet check-ins, providing excellent service throughout.

The Ability To Work Any Schedule Or Shift

Initially, valets start part-time with the potential to move into full-time supervisory roles. Schedules are assigned based on hotel needs, typically during peak times to maximize tips and minimize hours.

Availability for flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays is required.

Punctuality and reliability are essential.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valet parking experience preferred
• Driving a manual transmission vehicle experience preferred
• Proficiency in English, verbal and written
• Exceptional guest service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid Driver's License with 3+ years driving experience
• Ability to pass background, drug, and MVR screening
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and climbing stairs
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
