Job: Phlebotomist I | Duration: 4-5 Months | Shift: 6a-3p M-F Rot Sat at another site | Location: Oakland Park, FL33334

Overview

Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision. Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.

• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED. Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
• Work Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience REQUIRED. One(+) year of phlebotomy experience preferred. Customer service in a retail or service environment is preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience is a must.

Additional Job Details

• Therate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume. Overlapping roles do not count twice.
• Candidate must have reliable transportation to get to/from the worksite without issue (bus, Uber, or rideshare is not reliable transportation).
• Must be available to work whenever scheduled, BE ON TIME, and stay for the entire shift.
• Excessive absenteeism/tardiness is not tolerated and will be cause for termination.
• Candidates need to be within a 20-25-minute commute window to ensure their ability to travel to/from the site for coverage.
