Clients may require background checks and drug screens. An offer of employment is contingent on meeting client requirements, which may include criminal history checks, social security number verification, employment verification, motor vehicle records (where applicable), education verification, professional licensure, and debarment authority checks. A guilty misdemeanor or felony conviction does not automatically disqualify a candidate; all convictions are reviewed by the compliance team. After a contingent offer, the candidate must complete Mindlance paperwork and client-specific documents before assignment begins.
